Principal's Message

Welcome to Beiger Elementary!
It is an incredible honor to welcome you to a new school year as Principal of Beiger Elementary. After serving as your Assistant Principal, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving this amazing school community in a new role. Beiger has always been a place where students are known, families are valued, and every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. I am excited to build upon that strong foundation alongside our dedicated staff and supportive families.
At Beiger, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, challenged, and inspired. We are committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that foster academic excellence while also developing leadership, character, resilience, and kindness. Our goal is not simply to prepare students for the next grade level but to help them become confident learners, problem-solvers, and compassionate citizens.
Our teachers and staff work each day to create classrooms where curiosity is celebrated, mistakes become opportunities to grow, and every student has the support they need to succeed. Strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and we believe the partnership between school and home is one of the greatest predictors of student success.
Partnering with Families
Parents and caregivers are a child's first and most important teachers. When schools and families work together, students thrive. There are many ways you can support your child's success:
- Read together every day and talk about what they're learning.
- Encourage curiosity by asking questions rather than just asking, "How was school?"
- Celebrate effort, perseverance, and growth.
- Stay connected through ParentSquare.
- Reach out whenever you have questions—we're here to help.
Thank you for entrusting us with your children each day. It is a privilege to be part of their educational journey. I look forward to partnering with you as we make this a year filled with learning, growth, and unforgettable memories.
Go Bulldogs!
Amanda Stephens, Principal
